Active Technologies’s “ARB RIDER AWG-5000 Series AWGs for Optics, Photonics and Lasers” new application note describes the Arb Rider AWG-5000’s usage to generate fast and high amplitude pulses for optics, photonics and laser applications.

The Active Technologies Arb-Rider AWG-5000 has the capability to create signals up to 5Vpp amplitude with 110 ps of rise/fall time and more than 2 GHz of analog bandwidth.
